Traditions at West Park Place

Our mom has been in the memory care unit for the past year and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The entire staff is kind and helpful, especially those in her unit. She is treated with respect and concern for her well being. In addition to the wonderful staff, the facilities and her apartment are perfect.

Traditions takes great care of our mom. The staff pay tremendous attention to detail and supports our mom in so many ways! Great place for her to be!

A few months ago my family and I were looking for a nice place to put my mom and decided to check out Traditions at West Park Place and I was blown away with how wonderful Kaylynn was! She was training a girl who was equally as sweet. The facility was gorgeous and the staff was very warm, inviting and super friendly! During the tour I was introduced to many of the staff members and couldn't believe how long some/most have been there! Many many years! It was very reassuring to know how long they have been there. They talked about how amazing the place is to work for and you can tell because as I was walking through with Kaylynn some of the staff members would wave and walk over and introduce themselves and it felt to me like I've known them forever even tho it was my first time there. The residents were very involved in the activities that were going on and they had something for all the residents there. Puzzles, games, activities.
