I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. I want to recognize Service Advisor Jason Trueblood for his clear and consistent communication throughout the entire repair process. After picking up my vehicle, I encountered a flat tire, and Jason went above and beyond to ensure I received prompt assistance. Within 15 minutes, the tire was replaced—free of charge—with a used tire. I especially appreciated his follow-up call to make sure everything was resolved. As a young female driver, I felt genuinely heard and respected. Jason took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which made a big difference in my overall experience. His commitment to exceptional customer service truly stood out. This was at the Montana Location in El Paso, Texas.

Customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. The attention to detail and dedication to excellence made my experience outstanding. Highly recommend! The manager, John Fulcher he truly cares about his clients ! This was one of the few places in El Paso that could conduct the work on my Tesla. We were told repairs would take 10 days, they only took 6 and the work was the exact price quoted. They were friendly, knowledgeable and fast but what really sold was the young lady that helped us in the office. Don’t remember her name but if you Walk in the front door she is seated furthest from the entrance against the wall. She is exceptional at customer service and that is a dying art these days.

These people are amazing, and honestly, is an understatement! I was in need of polishing my car’s yellowish foggy headlights and I wanted it to be done NOW. I called, they said ok bring it. I went, and In less than an hour the work was done and the results were amazing. Even more astonishing was the very affordable price. As a car owner I’m very glad I found them.

I had a great experience at Pronto Body Shop! They did an excellent job restoring my headlights — they look brand new now. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend them for any bodywork or repairs you need.
