Dropped by to pickup a pillow from Furniture Row and ended up walking out with a top of the line massaging recliner at a GREAT price!! The manager Alonso was the one that made it all happen, as he was nothing but helpful, polite and knowledgeable and willing to accommodate very quickly to our questions and to our needs! We will definitely be back soon for some more shopping.

Alonso was the best to work with! He worked with us for two days straight and even moved around furniture for us to help us visualize it. Not only that he held up cushions and pillows against rugs to help us pick it out as well. As first time home owners, he made the process as seamless as possible. You could tell he wanted what was best for us and not just the sell. Great customer service.
