My apartment is beautiful! I am writing to commend Mrs. Ana Dickson for her exceptional service during my lease! She truly went above and beyond to help me through the process. She was proactive every step of the way, always responsive with my questions and concerns; and always followed up promptly. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Ms. Ana, with not only her outstanding professionalism but also her welcoming demeanor. She is friendly, empathetic, very inviting, positive, and makes the process at ease. I would also like to commend Ms. Esmeralda for her exceptional service during the signing part. I felt well-informed and made the final step smooth and comfortable. I am very happy with Ms. Ana, Ms. Esmeralda, and also Ms. Stephanie for giving me a positive interaction. I highly recommend Ridgemar Apartments.

It’s been almost a month since we moved in and so far, the office, especially Stephanie, has been so helpful making our experience go as smooth as possible with any concerns that we have. She went out of her way to contact a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet due to some issues that we had and handled everything and even followed up to make sure everything went well! Thank you!.

These apartments actually care. We had billing issues we experienced due to El Paso Electric, Ms. Ana took the time to contact the electric company and get the situation sorted, which really made us feel appreciated. Aside from the great service, the location is in the middle of everything, which is convenient. The massive pool is always kept clean yearround, which is pretty impressive as well.

Super late review ! but I wanted to commend this place for when I did live there. I loved it here and if I ever moved back to El Paso this would be my top 5. Thank you management ! Never had an issue with management, plumbing, rodents, bugs, hidden fees, maintenance. they would shut off the water from time to time but it really didn’t bother me it was never too long to be an inconvenience.

Great staff, maintenance orders completed within 24 hours, site staff has been incredibly kind and I can always reach someone. They are understanding to my busy schedule and work around when I can be home. I plan on renewing my lease soon.

Terrace Hill Apartment maintenance staff are so awesome!!! They are very timely, courteous and understanding! I feel so lucky to live in this place and have such wonderful people help me.

SHADOW RIDGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

For me, shadow Ridge has been one of the best places to live at. Customer service is amazing. Work orders that I’ve put in, Have always been taken care of in a timely manner. They make sure their residents are well taken care of. The complex itself is very clean and very well maintained. Looking forward to another year here with them.

Me and my wife lived in shadow ridge and high ridge. Sadly we made the mistake of leaving shadow ridge and going to high ridge. We both regretted this mistake and agree shadow ridge had much better management and maintenance.

I recently started my lease in February and I am satisfied with my experience so far. I love the location and staff are great, patient, friendly and very helpful with us. I really appreciate the great service!.
