From my salesman Jude McCoy to the service manager Roy and even the owner Paige Fox, the whole team at Fox Toyota was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jude is with you 100% of the way throughout your whole purchasing experience even six weeks later he still periodically calls and checks up on how you’re enjoying your new ride and makes sure you have no questions or issues! Truly not your typical car salesman who is just looking to make the sell and move on too the next customer. I would absolutely feel comfortable buying another vehicle from Jude and would recommend him to any one who is in the market for a ride. I did have a minor issue and Roy, the service manger quickly followed through on correcting my situation and even gave me his personal cell number so I could speak with him directly. Also, as an out of state buyer they overnight anything they need to send you which imo is great! No waiting three to five days for it to arrive.

I bought a new rouge here on December 14th 2024. I was working with Raphael he's a real good salesman. I have bought a car from him a few years ago too. He remembered a past conversation on what type of rouge I wanted but at the time I could not afford it. He gives me call let's me know that they brought back is 0% APR. And the vehicle that I wanted was on sale. I love the color. At the time they were giving away gift cards for Christmas and I won one for $500. Compared to other dealerships I've been to I love Charlie Clark. They give you free oil changes for life which I used it for my other vehicles maintenance. If you're looking for a new vehicle I say check them out.
