I was not originally pleased with the paint work but they did repair it and made it perfect. You can't tell any damage was ever done to the car. They did rent me a super nice car while my car was in the shop. All in all no one is perfect and they did make it right. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The office manager Lisa took great care of me, she is a rockstar. Caliber Collision is very professional in how they take care of their customers and handle claims.

This is the best body shop in Shreveport hands down. They do great work and have some of the kindest and sweetest employees. Tish is the best. I had to use them once in '23 for someone backing into the front of my parked car. Even though they were filled to capacity at the time, and it being near Thanksgiving holidays, they found a spot for me and got my car repaired fairly quickly. They did such a good job with that repair I came back again this year (2024) for a minor bumper scrape by an authorized driver when backing out of the garage. Though they don't write for my insurance company they were so kind and personable and agreed to take my vehicle for repairs. They took my car in and returned it back to me in two weeks as estimated. Tish explained the process in detail and what she needed from me to start work. I felt cared for and was never lost with what to do or the next steps. I hope I never have to a see a body shop again but in the event I do, Fielder's is the top of my list.

Great staff. Really nice helpful with insurance. Job was finished when they said it would be done. Plus they only had to work on the front bumper on my truck, but they shined the whole truck up and vacuumed the inside. Really impressed. Would totally recommend them.

After some deep scratches. We dropped the car off on a Monday and picked up on Wednesday. The car looks brand new like the scratches were never there. Fantastic work. Fantastic service. 100% recommend.
