When my husband and I decide to purchase furniture of just about any kind or style we still look around at other stores first , but in the end we ALWAYS end up at Ivan Smith wondering why we went anywhere else in the first place. The reason for always returning to Ivan Smith, I believe, is because they have a good selection, affordable prices and a very nice staff. Mr. JR Ward at the Ivan Smith Burt Kouns, Shreveport location did a great job as a sales person. JR seemed to know his products well. He was not pushy which means something to us.He did not hover over us while we looked around. The young man did, though guide us through the store and was readily available when we had questions. This time we purchased a sofa and a new recliner and we love them both.

Met with James Chico today and what wonderful customer service and knowledge of the product. He sold me a speed queen washer many years ago-best washing machine I have ever had. I will be back Tuesday to purchase an electric stand up recliner. Thank you James for the wonderful service. You are the reason I came back.

Jason came in and got to work! I was very impressed that he was able to take apart the sofa and completely recover the arms in less than two hours! Our sofa looks brand new again.

I had a positive shopping experience with Ashley Furniture in Shrevport. I was update on my order and expected arrival dates. When my order was scheduled for delivery a couple of items didn't make it on the truck, I was informed promptly and those missing items were delivered within a couple of days as promised.Delevery guys were excellent I left instructions and they were executed with not problems.

Ashley Furniture Shreveport was a great experience. Mr Bob did excellent taking of me and (not sure of her name) but she handled my finances but she was patient, sweet, and kind. I got a king size bedroom set with mattress complete upgrade from my queen size. Then my movers Mr Tommie was very friendly along with the other man he was working with. They were all professional and I will be back! And with recommendations.

Awesome customer service from Larry, and everyone I encountered, starting the second I walked in the store! He was professional, pateint and didn't use the high pressure sales tactics you sometimes encounter when furniture shopping. This store has a huge selection! The quality and prices of Ashley Furnituee are worth the hours drive for me.

Love coming here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I've purchased a few great pieces of furniture here. Everything they sell is pretty good quality. I also love the imported food. They sell lots of things you can't find anywhere else in town. Great place to find gifts too.

Amazing store. You can find food, drinks, clothing, jewelry, books, bath, candles, rugs, furniture, lighting, office stuff, art and so so so much more. Everything they carry is from all over the World. It's like traveling the World and buying things from every country. Wow, and the staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledge. I saved $300 on a purchase thanks to the staff. I love this store.

Love this place. Can always get the odd things you can't normally buy locally. Germany candy, chocolates, alcohol... Those Swedish ginger snaps that are amazing, furniture, decor, plates and pots! It's one of our favorites all year round.
