Caliber Collision McKinney

After we were side-swiped, we immediately went to Caliber. This was the second vehicle I have taken to them (the first time was during the pandemic - and my car was fixed quickly even with supply chain issues). The work is flawless, and they delivered the car early. Chad kept me updated throughout the process, which was reassuring. In my case, the other vehicle owner's insurer covered all costs, and the process was totally seamless.

Caliber Collision was superb when it came to customer service. They provided regular updates on my vehicle repair through both a progress tracker and calls from a dedicated service rep. The vehicle was the best it looked since I had bought it when I got it back. Would highly recommend!
