Super happy with the service I received at Carstar McLaren! Unfortunately we had to visit twice over the past year and both times were wowed with the attention to detail, communication and help we received. Juan was great in helping to find a used part- a rear view mirror- at a great price. Ordered it and it quickly arrived in a couple days and was replaced within 30 min. Will keep them in mind for future needs!
I used Carstar Mclaren as it was one of the in network providers for my insurance. They were great to work with! Brent was extremely responsive and called with updates regularly. My car needed full repairs on the driver side doors and rear wheel. Everything looks good as new. Super impressed, would definitely recommend
