We had a root intrusion in our drain system that was blocking our sewer line. Johnny was very helpful and professional. It was a big job on our house, and even though we are still a bit stressed, we feel more comfortable with Zoom Drain. Their support and help were very important for us, specially the assistance from Johnny and his help is really appreciated.

From the ease of scheduling to the good customer service and prompt resolution of oyr clogged drain. Ian who scheduled the service and Ivan the technician who arrived on time and resolved our problem was professional and cared about fixing our drain in the best manner possible. Definitely recommend this company.

Johnny was fantastic and came out and solved my issue. I will definitely be referring this company and Johnny to my friends and family.

Had an issue with my water heater and called Dr Rooter Drain Plumbing in Irvine. They were super professional from start to finish. The tech showed up on time, gave me a clear explanation the problem, and got it fixed the same day. No pressure to upsell just honest work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone around Irvine needing a trustworthy plumber.

I needed help with a clogged bathroom sink at my place i rent in Irvine and decided to give call to Drrooter a try So glad I did they picked up right away, scheduled a same day visit and had everything working again in no time. The plumber was friendly, respectful of my space. and their pricing was very fair. Will definitely use them again.
