I did quite a bit of research before ending up at Mattress Firm after my online order from another vendor didn’t arrive. I was looking to order another one online but I liked the idea of being able to go into a showroom to feel and test out the mattress. I was happy to see we had a local store with really great pricing so we headed over. Justin was very helpful with us picking out a mattress for our son and offered a relaxed shopping experience. They had a good selection in stock as well and we were able to take home his mattress right away so I cancelled my order with other vendor. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for us to get a new mattress, no more online mattress for me.

Clifford was the absolute best to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I got a very specific hard to find mattress that I wanted at the best possible price. He was able to get everything quickly and was able to even get the adjustable base i wanted at the same time. He was very polite, professional, informative, and helpful. He's one of the best people I've worked with in years.

I want to say thank you to Steve that sold us our new Beauty Rest Queen size mattress. Steve was so helpful and took his time showing us the mattresses and answering all of our questions. This is the second time we have bought a mattress from this store. Last time was back in December 2023 for a twin size mattress. I would highly recommend buying from this store located in Irvine and again thank you to Steve for all of his help. Thank you also to Thomas who helped us buy a new box spring a few days after we purchased the mattress.

Steve at Ortho Mattress was so knowledgeable and professional that our search for a new mattress stopped there and we booth an Aviara Luxury Firm mattress from Aireloom. We definitely recommend shopping here for your bedding needs. Steve helped us again when we went back for more products. He’s so helpful.

Steve was very helpful and friendly during our recent visit to the store. He provided us some options to find the right mattress and was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses that we were considering.

Great experience! We had a pleasant time shopping here with Mike, who is warm, professional and super helpful. We needed our mattresses urgently and he managed to have them delivered on the same day! Justin and Julian, the delivery guys the store worked with, were also professional and punctual. We bought mattresses, latex pillows and bedsheets. It was a big purchase so I wanted to wait for a couple of days to try the mattresses and bedsheets before posting comments - now that we have them for 2 days, they are actually better than I thought! Quality, elegant products inside out, worth every penny. I had the best sleep in a week.

This the nicest bed I have ever experienced. Very comfortable, built just for me. I like that they are custom built out of organic materials. The customer service (Michael) was GREAT, very informative and helpful. The delivery was great too. I highly recommend buying your bed at Custom Comfort.
