The team there are very transparent, knowledgeable, and understanding; they really do want you to get back on the road with the best repairs and part recommendations. While waiting for repairs I've seen their staff and mechanics speak with the utmost respect to other owners (in-person and on the phone) while giving them the space to make their own decisions based upon the professional and vehicle industry experience feedback/recommendations.

Last Thursday late afternoon we broke down on the 405 South in Irvine. Got towed to Nick's, the closest repair facility, after an overnight stay nearby. Random chance of choosing them. Nick's got us back on the road to our San Diego home three hours earlier than anticipated. They expertly diagnosed major radiator repairs, treated us quite well, and we were very satisfied. Great experience. highly recommend.
