I bought a very nice Certified Tesla Model Y thru AutoNation Toyota Irvine. The whole experience was amazing. My salesman Don Robertson was so awesome and professional. Buying a new car with Don in sales and Robert in Finance was never easier. The dealership is a beautiful state of the art complex located in Irvine that gives you that good overall feeling. I had an amazing experience buying my Toyota Tacoma, and I owe it all to Lucien, who assisted me throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, Lucien was incredibly patient and helpful. I test drove few Tacoma models to make sure I found the perfect one for me, and Lucien was there for me, answering all my questions and offering great advice without any pressure. His knowledge of the vehicles and commitment to making sure I was happy with my choice truly stood out. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Lucien made the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He is caring, helpful and very knowledgeable about the parts and service required for these vehicles and unlike any other service advisor at any dealership he doesn’t try to sell you, he tells you honest and upfront what your vehicle needs and what it costs so you can make the best decision for yourself. He is the only reason I bring any and all Ford vehicles to this specific dealership for service even if and when I purchase them elsewhere. Top-notch service from the crew at BMW Irvine! Sergio, my service advisor, was awesome—super communicative and made the whole process smooth. Javier in the service department is hands-down the best. I woke up to a detailed video diagnosing the issue and got consistent updates throughout. Chance was also really helpful. Overall, just an awesome experience as always.
