My first stay at this hotel although familiar with the ES brand and what to expect. In closer proximity to the local airport and numerous dining options within walking distance. A nice touch are the evening receptions with 2 complimentary drinks as well as the fee breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious and furnished to accommodate business travelers. The free internet (with coupon or if you are HH member) works great with uninterrupted and fast connection. Although located at the main street, reasonably quiet. The room was well cleaned, the bathroom spacious although the tub is small(er) and the shower head with a lot of calcification, something which should be handled more proactively. The staff is generally friendly, helpful and accommodating. I did make use of eating dinner during my stay and the food ordered came reasonably quick and as expected. The service of the waiter was initially very slow (waiting time to place order 20+ minutes, the place was double staffed and not that busy) but picked up later on. Overall good value for price paid and services received- thank you.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I would especially like to thank Jackie at the reception for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay, which made a real difference. The buffet was delicious, and I loved the beautiful design of the hotel—especially the natural light streaming in from the top opening, giving the space a warm and welcoming feel. Truly a great experience. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! The breakfast and evening social were fantastic, and even themed for St Patrick's day which my kids loved. The rooms were clean and taken care of I could tell. It was quiet, I couldn't hear other guests like you can with some Embassy Suites. Overall a fantastic experience.

Great hotel with freshly updated rooms. I really liked the hard vinyl flooring rather than old carpet. What downside is their parking lot is small and they charge $39.00 a night. Really high in my opinion since everyone has to drive there and it’s in a business park. The deal we got on the hotel ended up costing more than their competitors that include parking.

From Check-In to Check-Out was smooth and very satisfactory. My room was very clean and the entire facility reflected that cleanlines. Moreover, the staff made you feel welcomed and were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
