My mini-van sliding door fell completely off the hinge and the track broke into pieces. I reached out to several body shops and no one was willing to help me, I was loosing hope that the problem could be fixed. That was until CP Concepts took on the burden, providing outstanding body work, completely replacing the track on the door and making it operational again. They also restored my clouded headlights to 100% visibility with extensive detailing, as well as a few other repairs. Tremendous customer service and trustworthy mechanical repair!

Craig and his team did a fantastic job on my Jetta, paint match was awesome, I especially appreciate that they searched for the best replacement parts to retain the value for me, it would have been a mistake to take it anywhere else !
