I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past three years, and overall, it’s been a really great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, clean, and generally quiet, which I’ve always appreciated. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are comfortable, with solid layouts. I also like that the complex stays on top of upkeep—common areas are kept clean and landscaping is well cared for. Parking has rarely been an issue, and I feel safe living here. No place is perfect, which is why I’d rate it 4 instead of a full 5, but the minor issues I’ve experienced over the years were always addressed reasonably and never became long-term problems. After three years, I can confidently say this is a well-run complex and a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily live here again.

The birches is a great place to live! Its clean affordable and the staff is always friendly especially if there are any issues within my apartment the maintenance guy Edward always does an amazing job and I can count on him in a emergency even in the middle of the night! I would definitely highly recommend to check this place out!.

I am sooo excited tha I’m moving in today. I world with Sue and other staff and I was NOT disappointed! Very kind and friendly and helpful!.

PHEASANT RUN APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The apartment buildings themselves are very spacious at a very reasonable price for rent. The maintenance on site attends to repair orders very fast. And the leasing agents in the office are nothing but great! They are so sweet and definitely care about their residents and constantly do things to show their appreciation. Laura & Gina are very caring & understanding and do everything to help everyone during hard times. I highly recommend coming here, you’ll love it here just like I do!.

Living here is absolutely peaceful. Laura and Gina are wonderful. From the time of first applying and I applied twice. Gina was so informative and she didn’t want me to not get it the first time. It stuck with me I had to apply again. The maintenance team is Awesome! I literally put in a work order and they take care of it right away. No complaints. I can honestly say I l love staying here. Me and my daughter. The apartment is spacious and cozy all together. Everyone I speak to speaks back. If you’re thinking about renting from Pheasant Run do so.

Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful when looking for option that fit my needs. It felt like I had known her forever and really made my apartment hunting fun! I didn’t end up leasing here, but I had a great experience :).

Very warm and welcoming staff! Community members were friendly. Saw a bunch of people working out in the fitness center. Grounds clean and well-maintained. Information on leasing clear and staff helped and made sure all my questions got answered. Great service! Definitely a place I could call home.

My leasing agent was Anita B. Anita has my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and professionalism she gave during our interaction. Anita did not work on my actual move-in day, but she processed all of my paperwork and made sure everything was completed for a hassle-free move-in. Great job Anita and the leasing agents at The Woodlands of Crest Hill.

I been working whit Nina to get my apartment and she is been so helpfully person, she has the best energy, big patience and lovely attitude !!!!!!! And the complex it great in really good conditions and they are so clean and I really love that !!!!.
