The whole team at window works was amazing. Lina is fantastic and helped up with all our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Tom was our original salesman and he did a great job of explaining the quality of the window but also the company. He compared their pricing and quality to other companies and he wasn’t lying, this has been a great experience. They handle everything for you EX: permits with the city and HOA. Oscar was who installed our windows and he did an incredible job. He didn’t leave a mess, honestly he cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell he was here. He kept us updated on what he was doing as he moved through the house which was nice because we had to shuffle our dog around but he did a great job of navigating that. The windows look amazing and overall 10/10 experience. Worth every penny.

We are extremely happy with our new front doors from Window Works! Andrew Gaper's (installer) work is brilliant! On time, clean and efficient. Really appreciate that the wall paper surrounding the door frame on the inside was not torn or damaged in any way when old frame was removed. Eric Futterer (sales) was easy to work with and never rushed us. He responded to my texts very quickly with the information I needed. Lena, (concierge) and everyone else we dealt with were so pleasant and we even had a phone conversation with the owner who personally thanked us for our business with them. 5 Star company for sure.

Buddy, helped get the contract set up and Leena in the main office was helpful and answered all of our questions. Oskar's team completed the full frame windows installation with care and we highly recommend his team. We are very happy with our windows.

David Woods is exceptional. He did not sell us a product, he educated us. He was flexible, understanding and really felt like he had our best interest in mind. We loved how thorough he was when explaining the process and the product. Additionally, he was kind, respectful, and fun!
