Pampering my pup for over 12 years. He loves his appointments and loves the going here. He doesn’t feel the same way anywhere else. Great service, price, and flexibility.

I rehomed a 2 yr old Corgi from a farm. I'm older and don't have a tub for bathing her. We are so thrilled we found this small business for her spa days. She gets really dirty playing outside and sheds like crazy. She comes home so beautifully groomed and smells so nice. The ladies are so nice and kind. And the price is very reasonable. So happy we found this fantastic groomer.

I love the new place! My pup can't wait to get in to visit Rachel! He always looks great.

Petsmart Joliet has a large store for all animal needs food toys grooming pets hotel. I have been to the groomers for services and the techs are great and the pets hotel is really good the manager really really cares and loves your animals. The staff also at pets hotel have all been friendly and great with the doggies. My beagle doesn’t have the scared and anxious attitude like when we go to the vet wants to turn around right at the entrance. He’s been at the pets hotel several time and is still excited to go to Petsmart to go shopping , or going for a stay , or getting groomed not ever the scared experience or not wanting to go in. The training with Bobbie was also top notch.

I have been taking my dog to the groomer since he was a puppy. Candy our groomer is the best. She takes such great care of our dog Winston and grooms him perfectly. I would highly recommend trying the grooming salon for your dog.

Lots of options for pets. Nice daycare, also has a grooming side. And cats for adoption. Decent prices and nice staff.

Wonderful pet groomer. I've taken my dogs here for years. They always do a great job grooming my dogs. All the staff treat my dog & everyone's dog like it's their own. They are very caring & highly recommended. The prices are what you would expect to pay, but nothing compares to how well they treat your pet.

The experience was awesome. First of all, the staff was SOOO nice and my crazy pekingese Daisy looks amazing. Daisy is very sensitive and I have never been able to get her groomed. I will definitely be taking her back and she looks perfect.

They take very good care of my large dogs. They do a very good job at a reasonable price. Great place to take your dog for grooming.
