Dan was awesome. Did not hover or hassle over myself or the one they call the wife! He took care of other customers while checking in on us as needed. His decision to show color options that we did not know about definitely sealed the deal. It was the most money I’ve ever spent at one time on furniture Dan made that an easier pill to swallow! Dan also paid attention to my terrorists children who are actually excited for the new furniture to arrive! Thanks Dan.

This is the third piece of furniture I've purchased from Bob's. They have a nice and affordable selection. Salespeople are always friendly and helpful. Pickup at their warehouse was quick and easy. I found a perfect office chair. I've been looking forever. It's not too big, it's cloth and moves up and down.

Great experience. We visited the store multiple times and every single time was a great experience. The two sales ladies we worked with had vast knowledge of the pieces and helped us make up our minds, based on our needs. Shay and Queen were amazing to work with.

VALUE CITY FURNITURE JOLIET REVIEWS

Excellent Service. Very professional and the staff was extremely patient. My wife and I came to the store with our toddler son, and as most 2-year-olds do he's scream and cried but our sales associate was so patient that she pulled out her work tablet and turn on cartoons and sit next to him and kept him quiet while we were able to fill out our financing application. Everything went well in and out and under a half an hour. I would recommend anyone to do business at the Joliet value City furniture. Ask for Diane or Elise.

This store was absolutely fantastic. We had been looking for a new mattress for awhile when we decided to visit VCF. We were greeted right away by Diana and she was SO helpful finding us exactly what we needed! The manager, Christine, was also a great help! Delivery was so easy as well. Everything went so smoothly. This store is beautiful and they have such a fantastic selection for your entire home. We will definitely be making future purchases from this location.

Jeffery was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect furniture. We stopped in to look for a few different things, Kyle the salesman greeted us and was very pleasant letting us know of the sales going on, he was very informative and let us browse the store without bothering us,but was nearby when we did have a question. Dan the store manager introduced himself and answered any of our concerns. Great experience, we will be back.

My experience was very pleasant. Vrezenya was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. The 5 year protection plan was a nice surprise. I was expecting to have 2-3 weeks before I could get delivery, but found out I could get it delivered as early as next week. I would definitely recommend them.
