Jerry was such a pleasure to work with and understood our furniture needs. Had a great recommendation for us. Never pushy and super friendly. Store manager Leon was also such a nice guy. It was our first purchase at Bob’s and i had a great experience because of the customer service.

Came into Value City Furniture to look at couches and were so happy to learn that the amount of furniture in stock was like none other. Our sales associate Diana Herrera was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, she answered all of our questions. We are so happy we came into Value City Furniture today to find a great deal on our living room furniture. We stopped by today to check on a dining table set . We loved one bedroom set and we found the dinning table set as well , but thanks to Briana we purchased everything and paintings as well! She was very polite and professional, she welcomed us right from the beginning and assisted us with everything we were interested in . She was very well aware of all the financial options we had and with all her help we got all the furniture we loved! We loved that Briana assisted us , special thanks to her and we didn’t got the name but I think was one of the managers , he was also very polite and helpful, thank you so much both and we will be back soon for more furniture! Destiny was amazing. I came in knowing what I wanted and she helped me right away, giving me other options to make sure I truly knew what I wanted. She worked to make sure that everything was in stock and that we got the best care possible.
