I came to work for DJK close to 6 years ago, as a qualified "super-fan". I was always in awe of the designs, quality, craftsmanship and healthy building standards. Needless to say, building my own home was a dream come true! I learned so much going through the process, and have an even deeper respect for how many people are involved in the making of each home. (and the time and effort needed!!) The team at DJK works tirelessly to make sure each project gets the same attention as the next. I've seen our trades and my team mates working nights, weekends and holidays just to make sure things were done correctly and with great attention to detail. (and they are doing this for every project in our pipeline, simultaneously.) I'm so proud to say my home was built by the best- I love living in a one-of-its kind creation that was built specifically to our needs. (I love that my energy bills are close to HALF of what they were in my old, inefficient home, and how much better my allergies are!) I admire everyone on this team, for not only their work ethic, but for also being experts in the field and always learning about and implementing the latest and greatest products and processes!!! Beautiful use of space and design of the floor plans.

Tranquility builders transformed our kitchen and first floor into an end result that exceeded our expectations. We met with several contractors and ultimately chose Tranquility for their attention to detail and creative ideas. Bev came up with fantastic design ideas that really made the best use of our space. As first time remodelers, we were nervous about the amount of work we were undertaking in a project that would be gutting and rebuilding our kitchen and overall first floor. We made the right choice in using Tranquility. Bev, Jim, or Elliot always timely answered texts and phone calls, which gives you some comfort when your house is in full construction mode. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

It was a painless process working with Tranquility Builders. Our project was a delicate one, as our home is nearly 100 years old. It was absolutely paramount we kept the style and architecture of the home intact. Jim and Bev proposed a master ensuite configuration that did just that. Looking forward to a complete kitchen tear out with the same company.
