AutoZone Auto Parts Henderson

We were returning home to AZ from Las Vegas when our car battery died. We were able to get to this Auto Zone location and received exceptional service. I believe Juan is the name of the associate that helped us at the counter. He even gave us tools to help get the battery out in the parking lot. Thank you so much.

This is a great group of people very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a battery here for my daughter’s Toyota Camery. They tested it and determined it needed to be replaced and helped me get stall it and get her back on the road. Will definitely be back every time I need auto parts.

On Friday, 12/08/2023, I was having some issues with my headlight and discovered that my BMW was leaking oil. I headed down to Auto Zone, the auto parts store on Stephanie in Henderson, NV, only to buy a headlight. When I arrived there, I prop opened my vehicle's hood and went to the trunk to see if I had a rag to wipe off the motor oil that had leaked in the engine. I couldn't really tell where the oil was coming from even after wiping it up. I discovered that I found that I already had one headlight bulb in my trunk. I used it to replace the blown-out headlamp, however, I still didn't know if I needed to buy anything additional due to the oil leak. I know that it's time for an oil change, but I need a little more time before I am able to have that done. At any rate, I go inside the store and immediately I am greeted by 2 employees wanting to help me. The one that stood out the most was Anthony because he seems to be very knowledgeable about vehicles and equipment. I told him about my issues, with my BMW, and Anthony said since there wasn't anyone in the store that he'd come out and take a look to see if he could tell what I needed. I showed Anthony the engine and he took a look and said you are leaking motor oil. It's leaking from the manifold, however, the bigger leak from oil is from the oil filter top. He took it off and showed me the worn ring i could have just spent 10 dollars and bought the ring, but they only had the entire assembly (cap with ring) available. I spent 30 bucks and bought it. The leak is gone. Anthony was very professional, and I just want to thank Auto Zone for having such quality workers. Kudos to Anthony because he saved me hundreds of dollars! I will be using Auto Zone for all of my auto part needs - Paula D
