Chris is the man. I came in because I wanted to get a mattress for my mom and he took care of us with amazing customer service and didn’t get impatient with all the questions we were asking. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t rush anything. I recommend you come down there and talk to either Chris or Leslie. They are both down to earth. He took care of my mom as if it was his. No bs. That’s the best i could ask for.

Buttercup and Chris were awesome! My husband to be and I were extremely happy with the service they provided. We are so excited about our new king size bed… and our dog loves it to. We will tell our friends and family to go there if they need a new bed. Thank you Corina and Roy!!

The showroom was neat, clean, and well arranged. The associate that helped me was Sulaiman Jalloh. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Went into your store an the salesmen Sulaiman Jalloh was very helpful and friendly. He made buying a mattress from your store so easy. It was delivered on time, the two delivery guy's set it up so fast, no problems. Had the best experience would highly recommend this store and the stearns and foster mattress we bought.

We bought not only a mattress, but a whole bedroom set at the beginning of 2019 from this store. Awesome experience. My husband and I ran out of several mattresses stores before coming to this one because the sales reps were so aggressive and pushing what they wanted us to buy, not what we wanted. I can’t remember her name now, but the woman who helped us at this location was so professional and friendly. She walked us through what she would suggest based on what we were looking for, then gave us some space to decide for ourselves what we liked best. Delivery of mattress, bedroom furniture, and box spring was so fast. Even the delivery driver was helpful. We overestimated how thick the box spring needed to be, and after the delivery man put everything together, we knew we couldn’t live with a bed that tall... so we quickly called the store, she resolved the issue SAME DAY, and the superhero driver turned around and swamped out the box spring. Highly recommend!!

Had the best experience at Half Price Mattress. Christina was amazing to work with and assisted me with my purchase. As soon as I walked in I was greeted but not smothered. I told her her the type of bed I was looking for and she showed me a variety of beds in many different price ranges. She gave me room to browse at my pleasure. The beds are amazing and we were able to get same day delivery. I highly recommend this store. The customer service I received was top notch. It has been awhile since I received friendly service without high pressure sales. I really felt that she wanted me to get something that I wanted and in my price range.

Just a really nice store. Not your typical big box furniture store. Cristina was one of the best sales agent friendly and accommodating. We recently purchased a new retirement home and instead of bringing our old furniture decided to get new bed. Unbelievable bed NEW and very comfortable. The price was amazing. Bought king size bed for master bedroom. Will be back to purchase queen for guest bedroom.
