We had a great experience with Jimmy Sullivan. We went in to get a washer and dryer. Jimmy was the first person we came across. He was not overbearing. He let us look around and was very knowledgeable and helpful when we came to him with our questions. It was a very easy transaction and he scheduled delivery for the same week. The delivery gentleman were also very professional, very nice and very tidy! We are so pleased with the service. We received both in store and with the delivery.

The delivery people were absolutely amazing, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my sales associate Ethel MCLENDON! I attempted to contact her by text, email, and by phone, several times WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. The reason for my call was to purchase additional items, but gave up and went to another establishment! She even informed me that she was an “Interior Designer” and she would help me “design” my brand new home. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am still leaving a 5 star rating based the excellent and professional work of the delivery people.

Christine Lewis was a very helpful, knowledgeable, and low-pressure sales associate who made our buying experience quick and easy. And we love our new furniture! Delivered when promised and traceable on the app. The delivery team was careful with our home and set everything up efficiently. Very satisfied.

If you need anything, see Rodney Fresch. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he was very nice with great customer service. Their new Manager, Adriana helped us with additional questions and she was very nice as well. They were very genuine in helping us and it didn’t feel like we were sitting through a sales pitch. I would highly recommend seeing them to help you out with your furniture needs.

Yolonda Mason was absolutely AMAZING! If you’re ever in need of furniture from someone that listens and is great at guiding you to the right piece of furniture…she’s your person! The whole staff was kind and great at making sure someone was available to answer questions.

Johnny D was a great sales man. He gave us our space but was very knowledgeable and easy to flag down when we had questions. Chris with Acima helped us with financing and explained everything very well and answered all of our questions.

As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Shawn, who made us felt so welcomed within the first interaction. It made us feel like we were back in Hawaii again (our original home). His great customer service made us feel comfortable enough to complete a purchase at this store. We dealt with numerous furniture stores and decided to not give them our business since they were aggressive/rude. Since Shawn at Bobs Furniture was such a pleasant experience, we ended up finding the couch we needed for our living space. Shawn was well knowledged with furniture and easy to talk to! I highly recommend seeing Shawn for all your furniture needs! Thanks again Shawn and we look forward to our couch being delivered this thursday.
