I had a wonderful tour of their beautiful community , at the Edge. Miesha is so wonderful , easy to talk to and professional. She made me feel right at home at the Edge community. I instantly applied for a ground floor apartment , with a beautiful view of their luxury swimming pool , surrounded by palm trees. I moved into that Apartment 4 days later. It's a beautiful community and I love living at the edge at Travers point. Thank You , for making my decision so easy Miesha ! You will love it here and the management is great !

The maintenance gentlemen, Nylo and Jesse, were absolutely amazing. They fixed all my issues and even showed me how to work the lights in the kitchen, which I didn't even know they change colors lol.. They went above and beyond to take care of the bit things and little things the previous maintenance could not do. They were polite, friendly and efficient. I have had others come but these gentlemen were the best and so helpful. This property, is very lucky to have maintenance who actually care about your apartment and needs. I cannot give enough credit to Nylo/Jesse, they are truly a blessing.

Love living here. Miesha and Selena are amazing and try to keep all the residents safe and happy. The only real issue I have is the other neighbors not picking up after their dogs. Management tries very hard to keep this issue under control but ultimately it's up to the residents to do what's right. I love all the events we have on the property and also the food stuff. Summer is coming and I'm excited to see what they have planned. This is our second year at the property and I'm glad we chose The Edge. Also my favorite place ever, Winco, is in walking distance and I love how accessible everything is from the property. The highway being close is a plus also because it makes it very convenient to get where you need to go. Highly recommend, tell them I sent you .

I was impressed by everything at this location. The apartments are very well kept. They are in a great location with easy access to all types of shopping. I can't say enough about the property Manager Ms. Tammy. She was wonderful to work with at the Henderson, NV location. My experience with the staff on site (Ms. Tammy and Cynthia) was nothing short of professional excellence. If the need ever arises again for an apartment in Nevada, Dream will be my first choice to reside.

My Wife and I have been looking for a new apartment to live when we visited Dream. From start to finish our experience has been exceptional. The Staff is very friendly answering our questions and concerns. As we are pressed for time finding our new home for our family. There rates and promotions are more reasonable than the local competition. I want to especially Thank the property Manager Tammy who is super friendly and professional as well as Chris and I apologize but don't recall the other young lady who also assisted in this process. Thanks again for all your help .

We visited here looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom and was greeted immediately by Tammy who was able to answer my questions/concerns without sugarcoating anything..and then Thomas showed us the apt....Common areas were clean with so many amenities and greatly loved the location of the complex. This is definitely our number one choice so far as we narrow down our options. Thank you DREAM!

VERITAS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

My maintenance requests are always handled quickly. In this most recent air conditioning issue, Brian came over in a snap and addressed the issue right away. It turned out to be a bigger job, 2 hours handled by a Heating and Air Company. Brian made sure to contact them immediately and have them come out to service the next day. Bravo!

I toured here with Kayleigh and she was very informative and helpful. The complex looked well kept and beautiful. We toured the bigger one bedroom and we loved it. It was very spacious and perfect for me and my family of three. Tiffani was great with staying in touch during the application process. I can't wait to make this my new home.

This property is stunning and the customer service was amazing. Thank you to the manager Kortney who toured me and was a breath of fresh air.
