Our car was fixed up better than when we bought it. Julie was an amazing customer service rep. She checked in every other day to give us updates and see if we had any questions. She really is delightful. When I picked up our car, she made sure to let us know if there were any issues to bring it back in and they'd get it fixed up.

Took my truck to get fixed. Brandy Whittaker took care of me through out the whole time. Giving me daily updates. Took my truck in on Monday and it was done that Thursday. Small fix but fast and beautiful job. They did a very very awesome job. I’d recommend Caliber collision to anyone.

Had a bumper that got hit and pulled off on the right side of my car. Just needed it put back and secured until I could afford to get the insurance to do their thing. Excellent service. Quick and easy. The owner is awesome.

Great experience. Had a side view mirror replaced. They got the part in quickly, and the actual replacement took less than 30 minutes. No nonsense, no upselling. Will be giving them my future business.
