Had a great experience with Nader, Mike, Brandon, Tim, Brian, and Alec! I know it’s their job to sell cars, but they truly made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Nader went above and beyond to find me the Mach-E Rally in the exact color I wanted, and Mike worked out a deal that I was genuinely happy with. Brandon handled the finance process smoothly—he gave me all the details about the warranties without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Tim took the time to walk me through everything about the Mach-E Rally and patiently answered all my questions. Brian and Alec did a fantastic job getting my graphics done just right and made sure I was completely satisfied. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend.

Have to say I’m impressed. Easily the best purchase experience I’ve had to-date and I took a risk. They had a used Ram I like and I flew from San Diego to buy it after they gave me out the door pricing. Carlito was exceptional as my sales agent, prepped everything in advance so I could get back on the road quickly and even provided lunch at their on-premise dinner. First time I’ve seen that and they brought me paperwork as I ate! Anyway, first class operation across the board and they deserve this recommendation.

Our experience at Towbin Dodge Ram was excellent, no pressure and everyone was very helpful and terrific customer service!
