AutoZone Auto Parts Scottsdale

I went in today because I've been having issues with my work truck battery connection lately and was greeted by Max and Leo at the front registers. They directed me to the battery section of the store where I could purchase new terminals. I wasn't 100% sure on which size terminals to purchase until I was assisted by a fellow named Richard. He was very knowledgeable about which parts to purchase and I ended up doing the job fairly quickly in the parking lot. I was offered to use the tools of the store if I didn't have my own. I did end up having all the tools to do the job except for a wire brush to clean the battery post in which the store associates offered to loan me one which i greatly appreciate. I am very happy with the service provided and the great attitude of all the employees and I will be returning whenever I have to purchase any Auto parts. Thanks again!

Manager Stephanie really helped me in a BIG BIG way today. A different Autozone improperly installed a battery and I was losing battery connection and power steering while driving. Stephanie fixed it for me today! Thank You Stephanie.

Very helpful staff...my daughter need to have a battery tested since she needed to have a jumpstart to get going that day. Took the vehicle down, where they tested the battery and alternator, and identified that everything was fine she had just used the accessories to much without having the car running. Did not charge us for any of the service and did not sell us any unneeded products.
