My visit was on 6/20/23, I received great customer service, was able to borrow a ODB reader to diagnose my car and identified the issue. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the issue before I tested my car. Highly recommend this location. Thanks guys!
My engine had problems "turning over".... visited O'Reilly on south Svottsdale Rd. Worker tested my battery> was BAD. He recommended 3 styles & he installed MY selection in 10 minutes! WOW ! Nice employee with good talking skills !
Great service! They even offered to assist me with using a can of tire sealer in the dark parking lot, shining a light while attaching it to the tire valve stem.
