Pep Boys Scottsdale

Customer Service Julian Cohen is the best!!! We drove into Scottsdale from San Diego County Easter weekend. We found out we had been driving without brake lights on our KIA Sorrento. On a Saturday, we went to Pep Boys and Julian helped my husband troubleshoot the problem. He had a solution for new brake bulbs, and we were on a way quickly. Wonderful Service! An easy. & Speedy Solution! Thank you Pep Boys! We will have a safe trip home!

I went in just before closing with a problem on my work truck (it was shutting off whole driving and they were very helpful. Ryan especially took the lead in diagnosing my issue. He quickly found the problem(a battery issue) communicated it to me and began to work on the truck. In no more than 25 minutes Ryan had rectified the issue and I was on my way. I definitely recommend anyone to this PEP Boys location! Thanks again Ryan you're the best.

Went to get my oil changed, They did a wonderful job, quick and easy and very kind as well as a great crew. Got a detailed complimentary inspection. Would go again 10/10.
