Pep Boys El Paso

I had taken my vehicle to get my state inspection. Was greeted by Lupe. She was amazing and very helpful and courteous great customer service. The staff who worked there is amazing got my inspection done really quick. I would definitely come back to this location I recommend this place

Got my car fixed yesterday with the brakes and the tires at Pep Boys and it was amazing. The service was five star and the customer service was five star. I love how they explain everything to me in detail Juan was my mechanic and he did an amazing job now. My car feel like brand new.

Ralph Reyes was incredibly helpful. His professional opinions were honest and he didn't try to upsell me. I appreciate his patience and excellent customer service. If I'm ever in the El Paso area and need tires I'll return to Pep Boys on North Yarbrough.
