My first time here, and I was really impressed! The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The food was delicious, the prices were great, and my sandwich was ready right on time. My only complaint is that the space is pretty small, so it can feel a little crowded when more people come in. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

delicious bagels! i recommend their everything everything bagel (very special flavor)! i wish they had cinnamon raisin though.

This was a brief rest stop from Rhode Island to Washington DC. What a phenomenal find!! Bagel sandwiches were fantastic and the coffee was exquisite. Beautiful little place and great friendly service.

The staff was super sweet. Jasmine was our cashier and they were very friendl! The food was well prepared and we got it quickly.

Even though Bert, the manager, was promoted to regional manager, her memory lives on in a staff that is still pleasant and customer service oriented. Everyone gets a smile and a warm greeting. Which always brings a smile to the start of my day. Plus, the bagels and schmear there is pretty good. Love those jalapeño cheddar bagels.

I Always get the deal when you get a dozen bagels w/ the cream cheese to go. My favorite bagels they make are the jalapeno cheddar, sesame, pumpernickel & everything. I usually split them with my parents. I tend to favor the jalapeno cheddar. With the cream cheese. I always get the jalapeno. I've never had any of their sandwiches or anything. It's good to belong to the club too to get points. You can always call ahead or go online. And what are your bagels That way they're ready when you get there. I'm sure here I haven't done it but when I've gone to the Shelton location if you get there at least 2 hours before they close. If they're out of the flavors that you want as far as bagels they can make them and you got them nice and hot but they need to turn the ovens off like an hour before they close. Also, the app is good if you sign up and there's always specials and freebies that they give you on there.

Loved their garlic bagel with egg and cheese, as well as the onion bagel with scallion cream cheese both were fresh and delicious! We stopped by around 10:30 a.m., and they had already sold out of the jalapeño bagels, so if you’re hoping to grab one, it’s definitely worth going earlier.

Love this place! Very friendly staff and excellent bagels! 10/10 would recommend.

Best bagel shop we've found anywhere in New England! Delicious bagels, great coffee, creative special sandwiches, and extremely friendly staff. We've been coming at least once a week for the last 2+ years, and I don't think they've ever once messed up anything about an order. Also love the weekly jokes and AI art they post to announce the weekly specials.
