ANAYA SUSHI & RAMEN REVIEWS
Efficient cooks, polite service, and unbelievably good food. Beats Sushi on Chapel in terms of atmosphere and price. The prices are more than fair considering the amount of food that tastes so good, you wonder if it's even legal.
Has to be the most underrated place in New Haven - the chicken katsu rice bowl has the katsu dreams are made of … I will miss that dish as much as I will miss New Haven pizza when I move.
We got to take out order for three people total came to 60 bucks and all the sushi was fresh and miso soup was amazing and everyone there was very friendly. Even though it was a busy night.

OTARU SUSHI BAR REVIEWS
First time at Otaru and it was a great experience. Very authentic sushi experience. Probably some of the highest quality fish in the area. If you really love sushi then Otaru is a must try for you. If you’re looking for that all you can eat assembly line sushi, then head back to Sushi Palace.
INDESCRIBABLE!!! We did the classic 16 piece omakase, and it was phenomenal! If you are looking for a sushi of the highest quality, don’t look any further! So much better than many other famous NYC sushi places without a doubt.
Absolutely amazing. Omakase was very impressive. One of the first pieces of mackerel immediately blew my socks off. The o toro was to die for. Oysters were superb. Didn't catch where they were from. Loved the hand roll towards the end and the pickled sweet tomato was a yummy finish.

SUSHI ON CHAPEL REVIEWS
This sushi restaurant is located in the heart of downtown New Haven and is stylishly nestled in the basement of a building, offering a unique and intimate dining experience in its spacious location. The menu boasts a selection of sushi rolls, with each dish incorporating the unique and flavorful purple rice. I was impressed by the diverse range of rolls on offer, each one beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The use of purple rice adds a subtle sweetness to each dish, perfectly complementing the other ingredients.
Good new haven sushi. If u keep ur expectation reasonable, u would like this place. Sushi and sashimi both are good enough. They have relatively good selection of liquor considering this is a sushi place.
I found it really good! Super delicious I would totally come back here again. I got the sexy shrimp roll and Shrimp tempura I believe and it was bangin’. I recommend.
