SUSHI PALACE REVIEWS

Just one of my favorite places to visit locally for freshly made sushi and other food on the menu. The variation of dishes are tailored for those who love sushi or just want a simpler dish. The parking is bigger now so no frustration there. Highly recommend the maki combo with short ribs on the side yum!!!

Front the outside you may be skeptical but it was recently renovated inside. It is clean and a welcoming atmosphere. It is on the smaller side, but service is quick and sushi is always good. Decent price for all you can eat sushi.

The fish is very fresh and delicious and the service is excellent!! Everything I ordered was high quality and all for a great price in their all-you-can-eat option. This is truly a gem of a restaurant!

Food was great!! I didn’t have sushi but had mushroom buns, spicy edamame & veggie spicy dumplings- tasted so good- please try it if you dine at this place. My husband had chicken teriyaki it was good but not the best he has had. Decor was basic but cute.

We got to take out order for three people total came to 60 bucks and all the sushi was fresh and miso soup was amazing and everyone there was very friendly. Even though it was a busy night.

We havent been to the restaurant in person yet, but we had it delivered and it was AMAZING. It's definitely some of the best sushi we've had in the area. Highly recommend ordering.

OTARU SUSHI BAR REVIEWS

My friends and I were really craving sushi last night, and one of our classmates recommended Otaru Sushi, so we decided to check it out. Oh my goodness, you will not believe the rich burst of explosion in your mouth of such a juicy exquisite taste!! Honestly, words cannot even describe how fresh and succulent the fish is. The service was also superb; the waiter was so nice and the food came out very fast. Purely a hidden gem in New Haven, two thumbs up!

My wife and I went last night for the omakase. It was outstanding. I was grinning ear to ear throughout the entire meal as each piece was more delicious than the next. It is the best sushi I’ve ever had and certainly the best in the state of Connecticut. We cannot wait to come again, it was such a pleasure visiting.

INDESCRIBABLE!!! We did the classic 16 piece omakase, and it was phenomenal! If you are looking for a sushi of the highest quality, don’t look any further! So much better than many other famous NYC sushi places without a doubt!
