I reached out to Koffee Katering for a staff retreat, and was blown away by how easy the entire process was. I rarely have such a smooth, effortless interaction with a vendor. Their entire menu was available online, staff was super communicative, and they handled our tax-exempt status with ease. They also handled all set up and clean up, there was no extra fee for delivery, and online payment took less than a minute. And THEN, the icing on the cake was that everyone loved the food. Multiple people asked me where it had come from, and commented on how delicious it was (and how much they liked the bread). Can't get better than that.

Friendly and reliable service with great food - I really appreciated them taking in a last-minute request. They were a huge part in making our event a success, highly recommend. Andrea and the kitchen are the best.

Great care in downtown New Haven. Many options for hot, cold and frozen drinks. They also have a small selection of foods. Options to sit inside, out front, or in the courtyard was lovely. I appreciated their pandemic policies and felt very safe going in, ordering and finding a spot to sit.

Brittney was such a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly and effectively- we felt like a priority and like she truly cared about making our event special, being mindful of our budget, and setting us up with everything we needed. She circled back to check with us on how we were doing with the estimate and made adjustments super fast based on our feedback so we didn't have to wait for making decisions. Although we may not work with Shaken and Stirred because our venue is potentially in a different state, we would certainly love to work with them in the future and we highly recommend them! Thank you Brittney.

I hired Shaken and Stirred to cater my intimate wedding and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the start, Brittney was super responsive, laid out options very clearly, and answered any questions that came up. Although I regretfully don't know the names of the two people who came to our event to set up, they were both very efficient and kind despite having to run back and forth to unload during pouring rain. The food itself was delicious, the portions were super generous, and we received rave reviews from everyone. Thank you all for helping make our wedding day great.

I hired Shaken & Stirred to cater our daughter’s Bridal Shower earlier this month. Brittney was a great communicator in the planning process. On site service was smooth. They brought in everything they needed, the grazing table was beautiful, and lunch was delicious. They offered to cut the cake that we brought. I ordered this for a business lunch and we are not local, so it is hard to find a reliable restaurant to order from. We were referred by a local and they came through. The owner was pleasant to work with, great communication. Sandwich platter was tasty, everything was fresh, desserts was good, delivery as promised.

Where do I start... I'm a huge oatmeal fan and this by far is the BEST oatmeal I have had at a restaurant. Everything here is cooked to order and is so fresh. The egg sandwich was so delicious with bacon and caramelized onions on pumpernickel bread. It was amazing... And I'm definitely coming back. If you are in New Haven looking for great food then you must come here.

If you're near New Haven, you must stop at Zoi's! Everything from their sandwiches to their customer service is fantastic.
