“Howdy Bagel was launched by Daniel Blagovich and Jake Carter. Howdy Bagel features custom artwork, including the Howdy logo of a cowboy in a bagel, a nod to Carter’s home state of Texas. The shop's highly recommended dish is frozen bagels. They simply wrap each bagel individually with cling film or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Their bagels are hand-rolled, long-fermented, boiled, and baked. All of their bagels are vegan except for their cheese bagels, which contain dairy. They do not use honey or any sort of egg wash on their bagels. Their bagels are crispy on the outside with a nice sheen, and soft and chewy on the inside.
