GALLUCCI’S CATERING REVIEWS

Gallucci's did an amazing job catering my wife and I's wedding earlier this year. We were able to bring two family members to a complimentary tasting that was a lot of fun and helped us narrow down our menu. The day of they were punctual and able to adapt to the changes to our seating and guest list. Every dish they served was fresh and delicious. Catering was by far our biggest expense of the wedding but we definitely got our money's worth and then some with Gallucci's.

Gallucci's was amazing to work with for our wedding this past May. The communication from Adrielle was wonderful and she was great at answering all of our questions to help us get ready for our big day. The tasting was very helpful for us and come the day of the food was amazing! Many of our guests were telling us how delicious everything was. The staff the day of was flawless and really helped our day to go as smooth as possible.

We picked Gallucci's to do our catering for our wedding last year. Even though because of covid we had to change plans from an in-person wedding, we were very impressed by their communication and flexibility while working with Keisha. She was very helpful with providing feedback during our tasting and emailing throughout. Highly recommend anyone to planning an event to work with this team.

Taste of the Town Catering saved my wedding. My wedding was on Vashon Island, and the South end Tahlequah/Point Defiance Ferry boat went down due to a lack of crew at 7am. Tyler had texted and was on the phone with me, working on a solution by 8 am. We found an alternate route, and he kept me updated with the departure and estimated arrival times of both cars. His team easily worked double time, but you know, I never felt any doubt that he would be there. I owe them a huge thank you and encourage any future brides/grooms/events to consider Taste of the Town Catering as your vendor. We had the Rainier Buffet with Samosas, Prime Rib and Salmon.

Chef jimmy was very professional to work with. We were able to accommodate with in the budget even with mixing and matching things. He was also nice enough to help us find ways to reduce cost while maintaining service.

This is my second time using Tast of the Town. They are professional, kind, accommodating and much more! Their food is always hot and takes great! I highly recommend you using them for any catering needs!

The Vault catered our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with how things panned out! Sandra and her team were punctual, attentive, flexible, and accommodating. Equipment rental was simple and convenient. Their pricing was competitive and they even boxed up our leftovers to send them home with us and followed up with a complimentary gift! The Vault goes above and beyond what’s required of a wedding caterer. Also, highly recommend the cilantro pesto pork belly and chorizo cornbread mushroom poppers to start!

We were incredibly pleased with the Vault for our wedding! Throughout the whole process, Sandra was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The day of, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special, even helping us problem solve issues that arose and were unrelated to catering. Overall, the service team was fantastic and the food was amazing!! We ordered the Pacific NW buffet and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Without a doubt, I would recommend the Vault to anyone!

We used The Vault to cater my daughters wedding. The food was fresh, delicious and Sandra and her team were excellent to work with!
