Bagels were pretty good, not as chewy as the ones we've had in New York City. However, I thought the prices here were pretty reasonable and the amount of cream cheese that came with one of the bagels was perfect. The egg bagel sandwich with the Old Bay seasoning is a good Maryland twist. The coffee latte was ok, so we'll just stick with bagels the next time we visit.
This is literally the best place to eat from when it comes to breakfast. Don't even waste your time at Panera or Dunkin if you want a good quality sandwich for the same price because THIS is it. Literally so amazing, amazing smoothies, amazing service even when busy, and always leaves me full. Literally DEVOURED.
Always an excellent choice in the morning. However, their staff is top notch as well. Special shout out to Tia! I come to this place nearly every morning for a coffee and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile from her, and her hospitality puts me in the best mood to start my day!

I got the Greek omelette and the Bialys to go on a rainy Thursday morning. The hostess on the phone was polite and friendly. I showed up to pick up my food and the place is clean and there were friendly staff members at the front. Food was still hot and fresh, perfectly made, with fresh ingredients. First time eating here, definitely won’t be my last. Thanks!
if you order more than a few things (bagels, coffee, sandwiches, etc) on the touch screen, the pick up situation can be confusing (especially for first-timers). but the staff is very friendly and willing to help, so don’t be afraid to ask! regardless the bagels are delicious and that’s all that matters.
The new owners have done a great job with the place. Of course, the food is still great! Now, though, the tables are no longer covered in ads, but instead an elegant fake wood. The music adds a pleasant audio dimension to the eating experience. And, to top it off, the service is speedy and with a smile. Overall immaculate vibes, 10/10.

Delicious every time. My daughter was in town from Alabama, where they don't understand good bagels. We had a couple bagel sandwiches and enjoyed sitting in and smelling the air filled with essence of bagels and coffee as we ate. We also took a large bag back home with us.
My favorite bagel shop in south baltimore! I love the “key to lox” bagel and also their hot breakfast sandwich bagels. They carry tubs of cream cheese also for bulk bagel orders. Definitely a homey shop where locals go to grab breakfast and sip coffee while reading the news.
Needed 30 bagels for a small meeting immediately during the Christmas holiday and this small shop came through with the freshest bagels with all the fixings in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Sam's Bagels for their great-tasting bagels and superb professionalism. You won't be disappointed!
