TASTE OF DENMARK REVIEWS
Best Bakery in Denver Metro area, hands down. I would get there right when they open because they will sell out of their best items. It is hard to go wrong with anything but the best in my opinion are the Maria Eclair, the custard Lambs ear, and the Grain Danish. I would go to their website before visiting for the first time since the line can get quite long, and if it is your first time you could literally ask dozens of questions. The patience and determination from the staff is quite admirable.
I've been to Denmark and this tastes like what I ate there. Honestly, I think that's the most generous thing I can say. We stayed with friends there and my friend's husband brought home breads and pastries. We ate them and they were incredible. When my friend got home, she scolded her husband for getting the lower quality stuff from the supermarket. If that's low quality, wht do we have here in the US? We did try the stuff she wanted him to get and it was even more incredible and our minds were blown. This was on par with that and I feel that should give you all the information you need to know that you should try this!
This place is exactly what you need sate you carb intake. They have many Delicious breads but The Sake sour dough is some of the best bread Ive had. soft chewy and perfectly aerated with a thin but crunchy crust. The flavor is mild with a sour note. They’re pastry’s are also excellent they do a cream puff that is shockingly good. This place is usually but is well staffed and the line moves quickly.

KOLACHE HOUSE BAKERY REVIEWS
I feel so lucky to have found this place! The kolaches are soft, and fluffy and fresh! I loved the fruit ones but my favorites were the spinach kolache and the potatoes, egg and cheese kolache. Just warm them up, put some hot sauce and you will not regret it. The staff is so cheerful and genuinely enjoys being there and the best part - it is open at 6am for early birds like my self:)
The Kolache’s were really good. We tried breakfast, fruit, Philly cheese steak and Vienna beef ones. We also tried the cinnamon rolls and twist and a chocolate croissant. Everything we had was very good.
Just tried it for the first time, had a couple of savory, and a couple of sweet. It's definitely a cute location, good coffee, and it was the perfect meal to kick off my sunday.

GREAT HARVEST BREAD CO OF LAKEWOOD REVIEWS
This is such a good bread store and it's even better now that they have a full espresso bar. I've been coming here for years for savannah bars (fruit bars with an oat crust and a stresuel topping), Cinnamon Chip bread (makes THE BEST French toast), cinnamon rolls, oversized cookies and more. Most everything is whole wheat flour or white/wheat combo. They have the best brownies, including a "gluten-less" version. Recently I discovered they sell take-and-bake cinnamon roll 6-packs. I bought one to keep in my camper freezer for a special glamping breakfast this past weekend and they turned out GREAT.
I went in to pick up an obligatory package of their gingerbread, as I Love it, and I don't care for gingerbread as a rule. My daughter and I savor it. I was offered a sample of their stuffing bread. A little slice with a smear of butter. I couldn't pay for a loaf fast enough. They only bake it in November and December, and boy is December running out fast. I wish I'd discovered this bread years ago. I'm going back, to get some for my freezer.
Employees are very friendly and very hospitable, food was delicious, I had a breakfast sandwich ham, provolone cheese, tomato, onion and two eggs on seeded bread made, served hot with espresso coffee and a cinnamon roll. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast. Sunrise was amazing! Thanks! Great harvest bread for making a great start to my day!!!
