What an amazing experience! We had Kate as a server and she was so engaging, kind and knowledgeable. Though the restaurant was noticeably busy, we never felt neglected by Kate! She even connected with us about an obscure restaurant in Nebraska, where most of my family is from. We all had steaks and they were AMAZING. the desserts were good too. The wine she recommended was really good and the prices were decent! We loved our experience here and will definitely be back.

Food was AWESOME!! Sea Bass was fresh and moist, with a beautiful flaky texture and a rich, buttery flavor that melted in my mouth! The Steak was cook to perfection with a beautiful crust and that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Also the cheese bread was the BEST I have ever had.

The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked. The garlic cheese bread was the best I've ever tasted. The Sea bass was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The crusted baked Mac and cheese was generous and cheesey. Can't wait to return soon.

SIMMS STEAKHOUSE REVIEWS

Lemme just say, the bread in the soufflé dish was super unique, tasty, and so delicious and fluffy. Salmon was great, and the mushrooms were fantastic. Our server Nicholas/Nick was very attentive and awesome. He checked on my husband and I and took great care of us. The wine selection was fantastic, and the view was out of this world. To top it all off: Good god, the french onion soup is the BEST I've had anywhere else.

Wonderful dining experience. Went for their famous Sunday brunch. Wide selection of brunch favorites and everything was delicious. Had a peach belini that topped everything perfectly. Bravo Simms, keep up the great work.

Had a super nice server! Had the Riley with asparagus and a poke bowl! The view is amazing! So many really nice people there! Highly recommend.

This place is not just a restaurant, it is a dining experience! From the beginning to end, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our server was very attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcomed. We started off with the trade whiskey which has pepper-infused whiskey and real gunpowder (it was delicious)! The sausage sampler appetizer was delicious as was the buffalo bone marrow, some of the best I've ever had. I finished off with the herb butter bison filet mignon. The quality of the meat was amazing and it was perfectly cooked! It was all finished off by the amazing scenery and ambiance. This is worth a trip from anywhere.

The desserts are worth the trip alone. Probably one of the best chocolate desserts I've ever had and they have two others that I didn't get to try. The dark chocolate s'mores tart is to die for. The house salad with the chipotle honey dressing is also exceptional. The steaks are very good and well prepared. And of course you get an old west ambience for something unique. Very lovely drive out.

Enjoyed the view and the atmosphere!! Food was great. Our server was attentive and friendly. We shared the Mountain Man “Boudies” Sausage Platter. I had the Mountains Meet the Sea with Buffalo and Lobster Tail.
