TOP 3 85°C BAKERY CAFE PASADENA REVIEWS
This is an absolute gem of a bakery to find in Pasadena. Their selection of pastries are bountiful, and each of them look absolutely delicious in their own ways. Similar to a Hispanic bakery, you take a tray and rings and select everything you want. At the end you take it to the counter for checkout. The prices are fairly reasonable, with all items ranging from ~$2-4. I was able to get 5 scrumptious pastries for ~$15, which was a great light breakfast snack for my family. Their coffee was good, but not as hot as I would’ve liked. Seemed to just be warm, but the pastries make up for any dings that the coffee had. Fantastic place for sweet and savory pastries to interest the palate.
Lovely bakery with asian dessert options! Reasonably priced, spacious interior, and well managed. Lots of seating. Separate areas for baked goods, cakes, and you can order drinks at the counter too. Their egg tarts come in a box of two and were delicious. Tried their bacon and cheese bread as well, kind of disappointed because the bread had garnishes on top and wasn’t really filled with the toppings. Still tasty though. Will definitely be back.
Perfect pastries at a great price point. The milk tea bun and mango custard bun are always on my tray and I also love the potato croquettes. The grapefruit green tea is refreshing and light, tastes delicious with or without boba. This is also where I get my moon cakes, which come in a large variety of flavors.

TOP 3 LA MONARCA BAKERY & CAFE REVIEWS
First time trying a Mexican bakery and we weren't disappointed. The guava croissant was delicious, the hot cocolate was with a hit of cinnamon with was great and the tiramisu was phenomenal. Didn't try anything savory so that's for next time. The service was great too, very patient in explaining the different varieties of baked items that were unique to Mexico.
This is a great place if you want some authentic Mexican goodies including the drinks! I have a friendly staff and lots of delicious goodies to eat. I typically get some baked goods that don’t need refrigeration survey last. They give back to keep the butterflies alive around the world since 90% of them have disappeared...keeping the eco system alive.
Brenda that works at the counter in the evening is very good with customer service. This type of service makes people become return customers. The bakery products are always fresh and very good. They have indoor seating with 6 tables and a very nice location.

TOP 3 SEED BAKERY REVIEWS
Such a delightful splurge! Their butter croissants cost $5 but are the perfect croissants! There's plenty of parking in the back. Peer through the windows to see all the wonderful pastries, walk up to the register at the door entrance to order, and then carry out. There are a few tables outside on the street but the set up is designed mostly for carryout orders. It's a bit expensive but the quality stands on its own and it's well worth the occasional splurge on pay days.
Everything we had was incredible. The salad I had was beautiful, and the pastries were divine. Coffee was good. My friend’s sandwich disappeared fast. We didn’t realize there wasn’t seating at the cafe (covid safety measures), so we walked a couple blocks to Washington park. Will definitely be back ASAP to pick up lunch but won’t try to meet friends there for now. Honestly though I’m really glad to see safety measures in place while so many businesses return to carelessness.
I got there late so many items were sold out already. But the flourless chocolate and baguette I got were great. The baguette smelled so good I took a bit out of the bag as I walked back to my car. It was delicious.
