Voula’s Greek Sweets in Rochester, NY, started its gates in 2012 as a vegan and vegetarian patisserie with three tiny tables. Over the years, they have begun to become a full-service establishment serving savory Greek vegan and vegetarian refreshments and baked goods every day of the week. All of their dishes, dips, and bread come from the owner, Voula Katsetos-Stratton’s unique family recipes, with the special tofu or seitan substitute. The friendly team at VGS is like family, and they use their clients the same, come on in for a warm meal, or to grab some baklava. Their kitchen utilizes nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat merchandise only, and they serve entirely vegetarian and vegan food, all made in house from original family recipes. VGS serves up Greek meals every day, on Saturday-Wednesday from 10 am-4 pm and Thursdays & Fridays open at 10 am and serve late till 8.
