Wow!! We came here on a recommendation from a friend…and it didn’t disappoint! Thank you for the great service and the great food! We made a reservation online and confirmed it right away. I got a reminder the day before and it was perfect! The portions are definitely great! and the flavours were amazing! Husband, daughter and I shared the 1/2 stylin barbque and it was perfect! Highly recommend the beef brisket, ribs and potato salad, all my faves! Kids enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the 3 different sliders too! There were 5 adults and 3 kids and everyone was so super satisfied! We even had, I mean, made room for dessert! I’ll continue the trend and recommend this place! We’ll be back.

Great people, great service, great food. Has a complete gluten-free menu, which was key for us. My grandson requires a gluten-free diet. Cost was reasonable. We were in town for a wedding. The location was great. Over all very satisfied.

A must go to if you visit Rochester. Food is super good and well prepped. My wife and I shared the combo meal and it was delicious and had lots of food. Can’t wait to go back!!

GOOD SMOKE BBQ & PUB REVIEWS

Delicious food and fast service! They have a pretty extensive menu, but I don't find it overwhelming. Their crispy ribs appetizer is great to share between two people, and their version of a plate is so amazing, especially with mac and cheese and brisket! I love that you can try all six of their different homemade sauces with your meal! Good craft beer offerings too. They do trivia on Thursdays at 6pm, and they have a separate seating area where you can dine if you aren't playing.

Came in for dinner Thursday evening. Sat straight away. Staff was knowledgeable and order was taken promptly. We ordered appetizers (fried pickles and meatballs) large serving and very good. We had variety of dinners ordered between the 5 of us. The pork sandwich was very tender on a toasted bun. The is 6 different sauces to choose from. Atmosphere is nice and has a nice patio.

Ordered several racks for takeout. Ribs were excellent and so was the sauce. I wish the sides were bigger portion sizes but oh well. Nice 15% first responder discount as well!

MISSION BBQ ROCHESTER REVIEWS

After we were almost finished with our great lunch, Darren came over and sat down with us to answer questions about his fantastic dining establishment, and shared with us some of the stories for the local pictures of the war veterans and some of the veterans visits to. It was very interesting to hear the information and Darren then asked us if we had tried his brisket yet. He excused himself and returned with 3 forks and a sample of the excellent brisket, the loaded mashed potatoes and an awesome Mac and cheese, yummy! Thanks as well to the hockey chat from Adam too. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Rochester.

Amazing service, amazing food and the inside is beautiful. A must stop for anyone that wants some good BBQ. Make sure to try all the sides as well. Cornbread and baked beans are our favourites. Prices are very fair and the portions are great!!!!

Absolutely delicious. Friendly service, lots of options to satisfy everyone’s wants and palettes. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and working hard alongside his crew.
