Beautiful little hidden gem! what a cute bakery and cafe! I just love old houses and unique places to eat, so the fact that this one is both is fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. The little details are what really makes it! This place seems to be a perfect place to grab lunch with a friend and catch up for a while. Or just to bring a book and enjoy a little lunch date with yourself.

Our favorite place for birthday cakes did not disappoint at our annual staff meeting. A fruit tart and flourless chocolate cake was just the ticket for an afternoon pick me up to get our doctors and staff through the day! Thank you for always being incredibly delicious!

A wonderful and unique bakery experience! Lots of pastries, cakes, and cookies to try. All the things we had when we were in the area were delicious. A great place to enjoy lunch and have a treat.

I am new to Springfield and unfortunately have been finding it difficult to locate a good water bagel. None of the grocery stores even carry Ray's or Einsten Bros brands. So I did a Google search for "water bagels near me" and this place came up in the search results. As I scrolled through the bagel related reviews, I noticed that someone mentioned Jamaican meat pies and that they were good. So, on my lunch break I drove over to locate this bakery and purchase some bagels and meat pies. I want to say that the Jamaican meat pie was absolutely delicious and worth every cent. From the savory meat, hint of spiciness, and the delicous turmeric crust I was completely impressed. I have not had a chance to try any bagels yet, but I bought the parmesean flavor. I will definitely circle back to leave my review about those.

I absolutely love these people! And their bagels and cream cheese are so good. There are very few reasons I come downtown and they are one of them. Plus if you ever have an issue they immediately rectify it because they're just amazing! Will continue to support this bakery as long as they live. Honey swirl cream cheese is the best.

Delicious gluten-free options, with high-quality ingredients. The chocolate mass cheesecake is wonderful! I look forward to supporting this local bakery when I need something sweet and GF.

Golden House Bakery is such a vibe! The atmosphere is beautiful—inviting, cozy, and full of good energy. I interacted with three team members during my visit, and each of them was kind, approachable, and professional. They helped me decide what to order, which I appreciated. It was also really nice to see the owner present in the store—she’s awesome and even brought my food to me personally. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the music added the perfect touch to the experience. Highly recommend!

I got the "chicky sandwich" on my lunch break and a cookie for dessert. More filling than it looks! Cutest little place ever. Greeted by sweetheart Kate, and served in a timely manner. Picked up a cute tee shirt from their merch shelf too!

We had burrito, bagel sandwich and biscuits and gravy and all was delicious! When we walked in we were greeted and helped to select items from the menu since it was our first time eating there. Place was clean and bright.
