Came in for lunch. Always so flavorful and delicious! We had a 5-10 min wait, which was accurate. The customer flow was pretty steady, all guests were in and out quickly. The restaurant was super clean. The restrooms were cleaned and well stocked. The only reason why I gave the service a 4 star is because we did get missed with our salad and breadsticks, that was quickly resolved. Our new server did amazing for his second week, and was super friendly and we enjoyed his personality and character. Overall, still 5 stars! Keep up the great service!!! :).

Grate food and love the service. Atmosphere it's like you can have fun to serious. But the amount of food is good always have left over and the fried shrimp and peppers are fire.

Everything was delicious . From the salad, breadsticks, and soups, to the toasted ravioli and entrees. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and our server was excellent.

BELLA MILANO SPRINGFIELD REVIEWS

Our server was very professional and he made it a magical experience. I believe his name is Connery. His attention to detail reminds me of a server we had in Disney World. The Sicilian chocolate cake is perfection. Bruschetta delicious too. The chicken dishes could use a little work, but overall they were still good. The chicken and rice soup of the day was really good as well. And ask for the bread for the table, I believe French bread, the oil mixture they make table side is really good, very good bread too.

Always hit this place when I’m in town, excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere and clean. Pasta con broccoli is my go-to but ask what the daily specials are as sometimes they’re outstanding as well.

We went for our friend's 18th Birthday- The staff was so amazing and so quick with everything! The food was so yummy, definitely recommend it! Will be coming back.

Great place for food and drinks! The atmosphere is very mature and warm. The waitress I had was fantastic! I forgot her name, so sorry! We ordered different things from the menu, and all were great! I ordered a tender and delicious beef fillet —you must put the garlic sauce on every bite! The bread was amazing, with toasted sesame seeds, and the butter was great. I will return and recommend it.

Saputo's has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was excellent—I started with the olive salad, which was fresh and tasty, followed by the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was tender, and the marinara sauce really stood out with its rich, flavorful taste. However, the service was slower than I'd hoped, which took away from the experience a bit. If you're not in a hurry, the great food and cozy ambiance make it worth the wait.

Had a nice dinner on a Thursday night. Only had to wait a minute for a table. Seems like an old school, family run Italian restaurant. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The meal came with bread and cracker basket, as well as a salad. My main course was lasagna with meatballs. Very good meal.
