I had a great time with my bowling family after bowling the USBC Nationals team event. I am from the Houston area and have been to TJ Ribs previously on my trips to Baton Rouge. TJ Ribs is awesome! This is my "go to" place. I will always be sure to go to TJ Ribs when in Baton Rouge! The best ribs ever!

Absolutely wonderful meal! Our waiter Jacob suggested which ribs I should order and highly suggested the Mac/cheese. He was absolutely right. Everything was awesome and Jacob’s service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Nick was a great server , friendly attitude and very cool personality!! The food was great and the atmosphere was nice!! He was awesome

5 out of 5 definitely. Food was very good. The brisket was so so good. The ribs were amazing. I enjoyed my sides. The frys were a lil over cooked but still good. The baked beans were so so good. The mac and cheese was good. The sauces. I wanted to take them all home and I think you can actually, you just ask. Then I enjoyed the fried okra. Bathrooms were decently cleaned. The place in general was cleaned. Likes that. Was good service. The man came around to check on us at least 5 times. Which was good. I will be returning. I recommend!

When you go to Sonny's ask for Ty! She is an amazing server and waited patiently for our entire party to show. The food was amazing. The service was better!

I use to go there years ago. The food taste better now.maybe they tweeked the recipe s or something but it's delicious I've been there 3 Friday s in a row.

I stopped by Hannah Q Smokehouse and tried the Big Backyard Salad with smoked brisket, and it exceeded all expectations! The lettuce and veggies were incredibly fresh, and the toppings—bacon bits, cheese, red onion, and croutons—were top-notch. The smoked brisket was tender, moist, and generously portioned. The Cajun ranch dressing added the perfect touch of spice—just enough kick without being overwhelming. A special shoutout to the bacon bits: thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon that’s absolutely heavenly. This salad was flavorful in every bite and surprisingly satisfying without being too heavy. The service at Hannah Q is always excellent, with quick turnaround times. If you visit the Government Street location after 1 PM, the lunch rush is over, so there’s no waiting. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—Hannah Q BBQ never disappoints. Highly recommend, whether you’re craving BBQ or a lighter option like this incredible salad!

I went through the drive-through today so I cannot attest to the atmosphere inside. But the young man at the drive-through was very very pleasant. I didn’t catch his name, but he was super nice very friendly. The food was very very good! Loved the loaded potato salad! Loved the fried okra! The brisket, fabulous! and the ribs fabulous! I will definitely be going back again and will also recommend to anyone who is looking for a good barbecue place here in Baton Rouge.

Simply amazing bbq. The smell from outside draws you in, and inside the flavors are incredible. Great food, great people.
