Great BBQ place! Everything we had was super tasty and flavorful. Seems like small portions coming out, but everything was very filling. The restaurant itself is well presented, the only thing missing would be a soda machine! Otherwise, great food and look forward to going back again. Dietary restrictions: The lady who served us knew the ingredients and allergens (we specifically enquired about gluten and dairy) for all the dishes, so just ask.

Best BBQ in Ft. Lauderdale. On the pricey side and you have to pay for parking but the food is very good. I like their cornbread with the honey cinnamon butter, sausage with cheddar cheese, jalapeño potato salad (though the potatoes could be a little softer) The baby back ribs are okay though you don’t get a lot. Oh let’s not forget their Mac and Cheese which is also pretty tasty.

ordered the brisket and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sauce was a bit too vinegary for my taste, but it added a nice contrast to the richness of the brisket. I still enjoyed it very much and gave it 5 stars. If you like a tangy sauce, you will love this dish.

FAT BOYZ BARBECUE REVIEWS

I saw Fat Boyz as I was driving and doubled back an hour later. They did not disappoint. The Brisket was so good, exactly how I wanted it, tender and juicy. The rib tips were succulent just like I was back home in the Lou. I gotta hand it to Fat Boyz, felt like I was in the deep South for a minute, well at least my taste buds were. I will definitely be back and will be sure to tell my friends and fam to check them out! 10/10 BBQ Also, the friendliest folks I met all day, real southern hospitality.

Let me tell you. This restaurant blew our minds at how amazing it was. This is homemade southern cooking that would make your grandma proud. The atmosphere and employees were incredible. They really made my family feel like their family. I tried the 3 meat combo. Whoa! Couldn’t finish it. But definitely saved the rest for later.

10/10!!! Food was amazing!! Hard to find great barbecue but this place checked all the boxes! My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad and backed beans it was so yummy! I ordered the brisket plate with yams and Mac n cheese and it was absolutely delicious! Authentic southern tea which was good and sweet! We topped it off with peach cobbler which you could tell was homemade by the flaky crust. Definitely give this place a try if you want some great barbecue.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was both delicious and easy on the wallet. My family and I truly felt at home from the moment we walked in. I’m already looking forward to coming back, especially to try the barbecue chicken they sold out of! That alone tells me it’s a crowd favorite. Can’t wait to give it a try next time.
