FAMOUS DAVE'S BAR-B-QUE RENO REVIEWS

Today we traveled to Reno to see our son he’s in college now,so we told him to pick a place to eat and he chose your establishment. When I tell you our waitress NICOLE was amazing this young lady was pleasant from beginning to end. Smiled the whole entire time we were there made sure our drinks were full, fixed my order as it came out from the kitchen wrong,engaged in convo with us. Famous Dave’s should be so proud to have this young lady representing them…. Thank you NICOLE this young lady is going places in life with her positive attitude for sure…

I always dine out and pick up my food. This time the ribs are not fatty. The wings cooked to perfection. I am very happy but the sides could be a little bigger. I order 12 bones and I get a side for an individual kids plate.

Ashley and Daniel handled our special party order with great care and professionalism. We really felt like they cared about our family and that what we needed was what they wanted to help us with, and the food was just delicious. Love the brisket and the beans with bacon!!!

Visited Reno and came here for lunch. As a flight attendant, I travel the world and search for the best restaurants. This is definitely in the top 10 on my list. The service was amazing and food came out fast. Very delicious brisket! Came here for lunch and three sets of law enforcement officers came in to eat. I think that sets a precedent for the quality and impact they have on the community. I will definitely be back!

First of all the servers/cashiers were friendly, helpful and just nice. I appreciate their welcoming environment instead of treating you as a transaction. I had the brisket sandwich which was really good, it is loaded with meat and was perfect for adding leftover brisket pieces to my mac and cheese side. The quality, service and serving size were great.

This place is incredible for eating BBQ, plenty of options and the family one to taste several plates is great!

Saw this place on ch2 news. Had necmver paid attention to it before.... glossed right over it on google searches for reno bbq restaurants. Went there for the first time today and had brisket,pulled pork and a cleaver sandwich. All were very very good, and the mac n cheese was very good too. They dont have the typical 1 meat or two meat combos but you can choose a quarter or half pound of two different meats and pay an additional six bucks and make it a combo and get a side and a drink Highly recommended!

Ribs are absolutely amazing! fall off the bone! I used the Smokey sauce and that was epic. Let’s talk about the sweet potato fries because the sauce that comes with them *moment of silence* is absolutely wild. I could not stop eating the fries. Mac N Cheese wasn’t my favorite but I will absolutely be a frequent flyer here for the ribs and the sweet potatoes.

Love this place! Brisket and sweet potato fries were so delicious! Rib eye sandwich was not bad but brisket was better. Front desk staff was very friendly. Price seemed reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
