Buckingham Smokehouse Bar BQ aims to give every visit like come home. The restaurant welcomes you to stop by their gateway and to have some of the most well-made BBQs you have ever distinguished, especially stop by for lunch or dinner. If you want to eat real BBQ, just come on in, pull up a desk, eat your fill of convenience food & spend the season with colleagues and family. It is an excellent spot where you can eat with your elbows on the table, with your kids should be encouraged to gnaw on bones, mop up juices, lick their fingers. Their meats cooked up with to taken a very long time, but the mouth-watering smoked pork that is the fruit of their labor is worth it & they prepare everything in a "Pit." All of their "Pit" is a 14 foot long by 12-foot high smoker, and they use premium oak & hickory wood to smoke their meats. Their pitmasters method of smothering its meats is a long, exacting process that they are happy to undertake to make such finger-licking, bone sucking great food.

Whole Hog Cafe originators Ron Blasingame, Mike “Sarge” Davis, and Steve Lucchi have long dedicated themselves to the race of BBQ completion. They are facing as “The Southern Gentlemen’s Culinary Society” competition BBQ organization and opening Whole Hog Café in 2000. It was an indulgent choice for their owner David Warren to get a move from Fayetteville in 2009 to open the prime Springfield area on W, Sunshine, and the next on N Glenstone in 2014. David’s pursuit of BBQ achievement is shown in the wildly popular dishes served in the Whole Hog Café Springfield, Burnt End Cheesy Corn, and “The Sarge,” of course, titled after his dear colleague and author Sarge Davis. The Café team make the award-winning methods that won the best fame in the Memphis-in-May World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest, especially for 1st place in the “Whole Hog” category in 2002. All of their meat has been smoking consistently in the Ozarks, and you can get the best Memphis-style BBQ in the area.
