The Food, Service, and atmosphere, were wonderful the food was absolutely delicious, the service was very good they were on top of things they ask how the food was the refilled glasses the atmosphere was very cool the decor was very welcoming. Overall a great experience.

MEXICAN VILLA SOUTH REVIEWS

This was my first visit to the South location as I have a fondness for the original location near MSU. With that said this was a much larger location, well kept with interesting Mexican themed decor. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. And you get a lot for your money. I chose to revisit the Sancho, a massive burrito that you can have served enchilada style, bring your appetite. The tacos are also unique with a sweet taco sauce and cheese and come in threes. If you order a platter you will get a lot of food. Their house made tortilla chips are some of the best I've had and you have to pair that with their hot sauce which I also keep two jars of at home. It is unique, very hot and delicious.

Whenever my wife and I come back to visit family in Springfield, we have to go to Mexican Villa and reminisce. As always, the food was great (there's something special about their chips). Our server was great. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Great food, great service, clean, friendly, great prices. I really like this place. Taco bowl is awesome. Steak and beef. Salsa, spicy... Drinks are pricey pop.
