GAILEY'S BREAKFAST CAFE REVIEWS

First time trying Gailey’s and was really impressed! The service was great and the food was fantastic! We got seated right away and served real quick. Food came out hot and fresh as well we didn’t have to wait long! Can’t say that will be the case for all since we got there early. It’s a little hipsters-ish but nothing wrong with that. If you’re looking for fancy, better look someplace else but I had a wonderful experience! If you want good food and great service, try this place out yourself! But we will be back again! Our children were absolutely delighted to receive their pancakes with "smiles and bacon hair." I think that the batter must be homemade, since it tasted fantastic. I just wanted to add that our waiter was incredibly thoughtful and made a dairy free chocolate milk for our 3 year old son. He was absolutely tickled, as most restaurants are not as accommodating. Thank you so much for making his morning! We are visiting from MN, so unfortunately we will not be able to enjoy this cafe on a regular basis. However, it has definitely been added to our "favorites" list for future visits.

We enjoyed our visit. Heard about Gailey’s through friends. We went for an afternoon brunch. The staff were very friendly. Very nice server. Love all the plants. I had stuffed French toast and my husband had an Italian sandwich. The stuffed French toast was delicious. Eggs came out perfectly (rare occurrence for based medium eggs) and the sausage patties were so good. I enjoyed all the plants too as I’m a plant person.

Excellent customer service. Great coffee. Lots of breakfast choices- eggs, pancakes, waffles, burritos, yogurt bowls, etc.., It’s a large place and it was filling up by the time we were done- you can go online and get on their waitlist. Parking is street parking.

MUDHOUSE COFFEE REVIEWS

I had a phenomenal experience and it occurred to me that I should leave a review. The interior is very rustic and cozy, and the service was great—the employees were all very jovial the day I visited. Additionally, and more important to mention, I have been trying to recreate my order at home ever since my initial visit. It’s like a dream that I can’t quite remember. I’m fairly certain it was a limited time item and is no longer available, but it was so exceptional that I feel motivated to taste test the entire menu. Six stars for the food and coffee alone.

Went here twice on our weekend trip to Springfield. Prices are very reasonable and food is delicious. I recommend the boom boom burrito and the toffee latte. So good! We will definitely be backat.

Beautiful aesthetic inside, friendly staff, and fantastic latte. The downtown location features a local artists work on the walls and each piece has a short description along with the price to purchase (yes, you really can buy artwork directly from the wall)! There's a huge selection of loose leaf teas available and bags of roasted coffee beans as well! If you want a great cup of coffee downtown this is the place to go without a doubt.

AVIARY CAFE REVIEWS

Great place for breakfast or brunch! I got the Funkey Monkey crepes with banana, and it did not disappoint. As much as I loved the crepes, the Smoked Salmon Toast stole the show. This appetizer could pass as a meal. I was impressed with the taste and quality of the food. They didn't go cheap on the salmon either. That toast was loaded and delicious! The service was also good. I'll definitely be returning to Aviary. If you go around lunch hours, I would definitely recommend joining the wait list online if you plan on dining in.

It was my first time here and was not disappointed at all in fact it was beyond my expectations. My server Anna was amazing. She recommended everything and it was excellent. The two drinks were an almond joy latte and a raspberry mocha latte. For the meal it was the black and bleu crepe with loaded pomme frites. It was possible the best savory crepe I have ever tasted. The only thing I would critique is the pomme frites could’ve been seasoned or coated a little more for me but frankly that’s such a minimal issue. All in all I will definitely come back and next time I’ll bring my family.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Service was great our waitress was friendly and personable. Food had great flavor, presentation and came out fast. I highly recommend the lemon blueberry crepes simply outstanding.
