I have been going to Tres Chic for several years, and this is the best salon I have been to!! Katie is able to work wonders with unruly curly hair and is a friendly, genuine person. She has also worked with my special requests. McKenna has given me several beautiful manicures - the most recent lasted the entirety of my vacation despite numerous activities. Highly recommend for anyone in the greater Cleveland area.

Tres Chic is awesome, and McKenna is the best! Hair, nails, and conversation. Please make an appointment ASAP and treat yourself to all 3!.

Carson does an amazing pedicure and she's so sweet! Great salon.

I took my 14 rear old daughter to Pretty Things to style her thick, long and wild tresses. Of course, the service and results we excellent. What so impressed me was Erin's compassion, respect and consideration for my daughter. Erin put her totally at ease and treated her like a valued, adult, regular client. I was thrilled by the warmth and professionalism that was given my daughter. The positive emotional impact on her was subtle and deeply satisfying to observe.

I love Pretty Things. The vibe of the space is amazing. Guaranteed perfection every time, I’ve been going to Kate and the salon for years. Kate is THE best to have ever done my brows, skilled artists and extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend Pretty Things.

Always a treat to visit pretty things! Friendly and real, perfect mix of science and nature, only high quality products without costing a newly waxed leg. Most importantly, they really listen and don't impose. Love you guys!.
